1. COPPA Compliance (Juvenile Safety)
Entercation is designed for both juveniles and adults. For users under 13, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We only collect the minimal data necessary (username and progress) to facilitate the “Valedictorian” certificate program.
2. Data Privacy & Security
In line with our “mental preemptive security” philosophy, we do not sell user data. We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect user identity and progress. We do not track location or share personal data with third-party advertisers.
3. The Valedictorian Program
The Valedictorian title and certificates are awarded based on merit and curriculum completion. Entercation Inc. reserves the right to verify the integrity of all certificates earned.
4. Intellectual Property
All gamified curriculum and software are the exclusive property of Entercation Inc., incorporated in the State of Ohio.
5. Consent & Terms
By using Entercation, users (and their legal guardians, where applicable) agree to these terms. We provide educational entertainment as a digital mental exercise to encourage better decision-making.
